How about starting or ending your day by watching a sunrise or sunset. Reflect on the beauty of the moment and the possibilities of the day or the peace of the evening. Observe the colours, free light of birds, Observe the movement of mama earth. You can take this challenge for a week or even a full month. Express yourself through any form of art - draw, paint, write a poem, or craft something. DIY it out. Don't worry about perfection, focus on the joy of creation. Better? Invite your besties and share your experience of artistic freedom together.

Watch a comedy show, listen to a funny podcast, or share jokes with friends until you have a good laugh. Laughter is contagious and a powerful booster for happiness. Better? Find out some iconic comedians and comic series and run or rerun them. Hint - Seinfeld!

Compliment Circle Challenge

Give a heartfelt compliment to three different people today. It could be a colleague, a family member, or even a stranger. Notice their reaction and share how spreading positivity enriched your day.

After you retire from your Sherlock duties, you not only will be an expert but you will automatically pick up things that truly give you joy!

No need to get intimidated! When we say vision boards, they need not be all fancy and decorative. But this is a day where you sit with some soothing tunes and think about your vision, where do you think your career is going? Does it need some adjustment? Maybe enquire about the trip you have been meaning to take and plan. Write down your weird yet dead serious goals and mental map them! OMG, we can guarantee, you will be so proud of yourself after you have actually done it.
